What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring fast resolution and identifying automation patterns.
• Build and optimize scalable Customer Success processes, moving from manual to smart workflows.
• Create and improve internal resources like playbooks and handbooks.
• Contribute to AI-driven tools and CRM automations to enhance customer experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of the hirify.global product for carbon accounting and ESG data management.
• Assist in onboarding and workshops, creating training materials for customer enablement.

Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in German.
