Salary: €107,088 - €128,505 OTE

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to uncover growth and profitability opportunities through personalized storytelling.
• Develop ROI and TCO models identifying value areas driven by new products and market trends.
• Enable pre/post sales teams with training and content to showcase product value.
• Create unified value narratives partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Observability Architects to articulate business value.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany and work remotely.
• 3-5+ years experience in value management, consulting, or engineering.
• Strong data storytelling skills to communicate complex analyses to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, marketing, and finance teams.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• 3+ years observability experience, preferably with open source tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.
• Familiarity with open source community and landscape.
