What you will do

• Combine internal and external data to optimize commercial strategy.
• Oversee revenue streams, track performance, and identify growth areas.
• Monitor relevant campaigns and KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and insights.
• Manage stakeholders across sales, finance, rights, and marketing teams.
• Review and improve existing workflows and develop new processes.
• Coordinate across Central European markets, applying best practices.
• Build and foster a high-performance team and culture.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or similar.
• 3-5+ years of experience in the media/marketing industry.
• In-depth expertise in Excel and other data processing software.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written.
