Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 base + bonus

What you will do
- Manage, grow, and retain Tier 1 (top 25%) Managed Creators, including MVP Program participants.
- Proactively schedule calls and provide tailored data and insights to influencers.
- Identify growth opportunities within your book of creators to increase sales and drive revenue to hit KPI goals.
- Communicate influencer feedback to appropriate internal teams to improve the Influencers' experience.
- Monitor creator account health, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on retention strategies.
- Share best practices in social media coaching, driving affiliate sales, and campaign strategy to encourage influencer growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of influencer or affiliate marketing.
- Previous creator success account manager related experience required.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to reviewing data and pulling out valuable insights.
- Good communication skills, problem solving, and a teamwork mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
