Salary: $214,000 - 287,410

What you will do
- Oversee and facilitate key planning and decision processes for the Product organization.
- Identify, implement, and manage product management tools, processes, and best practices.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations.
- Manage a team responsible for driving technical and product-driven cross-functional projects and programs.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between product teams and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working in or with product teams.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
