Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $214,000 - 287,410

What you will do

• Oversee and facilitate key planning and decision processes for the Product organization.
• Identify, implement, and manage product management tools, processes, and best practices.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations.
• Manage a team responsible for driving technical and product-driven cross-functional projects and programs.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between product teams and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in or with product teams.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
