Salary: $91,000 - $129,000

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and deliver large-scale technology projects independently, including systems integration and new product development.
• Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines across cross-functional teams to meet project specifications and business objectives.
• Apply formal project management methodologies to manage risks, changes, and dependencies in a matrix environment.
• Lead simultaneous projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration.
• Ensure project governance, reporting, and delivery standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated success in project delivery.
• 8+ years of experience managing technology or business projects.
• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to independently manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with a track record of driving accountability and results.
• Experience managing projects involving systems integration, architecture, or custom technology solutions.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications in Agile, Scrum, or portfolio management.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with technology platforms, cloud environments, and enterprise architecture.
