What you will do
- Lead licensing growth and expansion for a high-value portfolio.
- Establish a network and acquire new licensing clients.
- Build deep consultative relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth and new business pipeline targets.
- Efficiently qualify opportunities and manage sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the global football and sports licensing landscape with predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, working confidently with executives and end users.
- Proactive and data-driven approach to partner engagement and sales cycle ownership.
- Organised and capable of handling high-volume conversations across channels.
- Multilingual: English plus one other fluent language (preferably Spanish, German, or French).
Nice to have
- Experience in partnership or licensing roles, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with the ecosystem, including analysis, scouting, and data tools.
- Analytical mindset for identifying expansion and retention opportunities.
- Established network in sports markets leveraging data for predictive algorithms.
- Understanding of SaaS and CSM best practices and sales methodologies.
