TL;DR

HCM Account Executive: Prospecting and developing business sales relationships with potential clients and closing new and expanded sales agreements with an accent on consultative sales, effective prospecting, and understanding solution value. Focus on independently generating activity in the field, meeting sales quotas, and building relationships within the Broker channel.

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only), must reside within a Greater San Diego territory.

Salary: $57,900–$107,500 /yr, plus variable commission, annual bonus, and restricted stock grant.

What you will do

  • Generate net-new business opportunities and schedule presentations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, ensuring appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Organize and obtain required documentation for client onboarding to the hirify.global system.
  • Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, professional and personal contacts.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the Broker channel and other referral sources.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to generate net-new business opportunities.
  • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.
  • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours.
