What you will do
- Provide excellent operative support to new and existing clients.
- Maintain and update parking rates, zone updates, and user account information.
- Troubleshoot payment processing and integration setup issues.
- Investigate client transactions and feedback to identify potential issues.
- Create and setup reservation events.
- Write and update knowledge base articles in conjunction with the Client Support trainer.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of client service experience.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solver committed to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to provide courteous, professional, and empathetic support.
- Experience implementing new clients.
- Experience troubleshooting smartphone/mobile apps and payment errors.
- Exceptional computer skills, including Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Zendesk, and aptitude for learning new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
