• Scope, plan, and deliver technical programs for model development, driving research to production.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, implementing timely solutions.
• Apply technical knowledge to unblock novel modeling techniques.
• Partner with research, engineering, and product teams for seamless delivery of models and evaluations.
• Deploy technical judgment to address critical needs for teams experimenting with novel research techniques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex technical programs.
• Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
• Excellent technical understanding of models and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, workflows, and governance models.
• Experience working with senior leadership.
• Passion for AGI and proactive learning to enhance domain knowledge.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art model development and evaluation techniques.
