Sales Enablement Program Manager (AI): Developing and implementing Go-to-Market (GTM) enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Partners with an accent on content creation, training delivery, and new product introduction (NPI) alignment. Focus on continuously improving onboarding, managing knowledge systems, and building sales campaigns/playbooks for an AI infrastructure product.
Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in hirify.global’s Austin office 3 days/week.
Salary: U.S. base salary range for this role is $133,000 - $156,500.

What you will do
- Develop and implement all GTM enablement programs, acting as the editor for program strategy and manager for execution.
- Own GTM content (Wiki, learning modules) and ensure it is consistently updated.
- Develop Sales Campaigns and Play Books, including competitive tactics and sourcing customer success stories.
- Create and deliver enablement sessions.
- Partner with the Product team on the NPI process, aligning roadmaps and communicating updates to the field.
- Oversee Knowledge Management and Learning Management, including the administration of enablement tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of specific training/sales enablement, customer engagement management, or consulting experience.
- Previous sales / sales leadership experience.
- Experience with course development in a SaaS environment and/or corporate software training.
- Excellent presentation and verbal skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
- Experience with solution or outcome selling, ideally aligning to Value Framework.
- Ability to interact with and influence a wide range of employees, including senior management.
