What you will do

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks, deliver them in multiple phases, and collaborate with others to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics by participating in ideation and articulating technical constraints.
• Support the operations and availability of the team's artifacts by monitoring metrics and supporting on-call efforts.
• Build and integrate data pipelines from a wide variety of products and systems.
• Build a foundational platform for critical processes, including reconciling individual transactions across systems, partners, and cash movements.

Requirements

• Total of 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems.
• Proficient in Python.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to translate business scenarios into solutions interacting with multiple software components, writing clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
• Comfortable navigating large codebases, debugging others' code, and providing feedback through code reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team.
