What you will do
- Analyze requirements and develop robust technical concepts aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate technical solutions, balancing feasibility, performance, and long-term strategy.
- Shape and evolve event-driven, cloud-native architectures.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring developers, and fostering knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across functions, bridging technical experts, product managers, and leadership.
- Evolve development processes, selecting tools, and defining methods for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
- 5+ years of professional experience in object-oriented software development with Java.
- Proven track record as a Software Architect in cloud-native application environments.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring.
- English proficiency required.
- Strong expertise in backend and frontend architectures, with hands-on experience in event-driven architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies (IAM, Service Discovery, Kubernetes), Kafka, and Spring Boot.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI technologies.
- Experience with micro-frontends.
- German language skills are a plus.
