What you will do

• Manage and lead a fast-paced agile development process in close collaboration with a diverse engineering and design team.
• Work directly with external partners and clients to lead and deliver projects aimed at modernizing and transforming their websites to meet business objectives.
• Organize and oversee large or complex projects in a dynamic environment, including managing scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to break down product scope, gather estimates, and develop delivery plans and proposals.
• Continually seek to improve product development processes and contribute to overall team efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile Software development as a Project, Product or Program for 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge and experience in software delivery, methodologies, and associated tools: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira.
• Experience in all phases of software development including product discovery, software delivery, testing, launch, and post-launch life cycles.
• Client-facing digital product delivery experience which includes requirements gathering, creating and managing a backlog of priorities, and user story writing.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• Experience working with technical teams on modern web technology stacks such as React, Next.JS, JavaScript, and NodeJS.
• Experience with E-commerce businesses, platforms, and technology.
• Fundamentals in computer science, computer networking, network security, and software development.
