What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of marketing and creative work.
- Act as traffic manager across campaigns, content, and design.
- Manage intake, prioritisation, scheduling, and resourcing.
- Turn campaigns into clear briefs, timelines, and delivery plans.
- Balance workloads and remove delivery bottlenecks.
- Optimise workflows and champion best practice use of Monday.com.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, project, or traffic management.
- Background in an agency, creative studio, or fast-paced in-house team.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of creative work.
- Strong organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools.
