What you will do

• Build and execute event strategies across UK, US, APAC, and mainland Europe.
• Engage with partners to create cost-effective and ROI-focused brand-building and lead-generating activities.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of materials supporting these activities, including booth materials, speaker coordination, and webinar content.
• Lead attendance at events, representing the brand and supporting the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and regional sales leadership to align activities with revenue goals.
• Provide proactive recommendations and feedback on local strategies and individual activities to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a B2B events marketing role.
• Extensive experience working with BDR / AE teams.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with senior-level executives.

• Experience successfully targeting senior finance, procurement, or IT decision makers.
• Language skills.
