What you will do

• Create content patterns, templates, playbooks, or reusable content components.
• Design content across multiple formats (digital, visual, video, audio).
• Deliver hands-on coaching or mentoring sessions.
• Create a comms playbook that outlines best practices for communicating change.
• Support content governance and sign-off processes.
• Translate complex or technical information into clear, simple, and accessible content.

Requirements

• Experience working on government, public sector, or large-scale organizational change programs.
• Familiarity with service design, research, and change management practices.
• Proven experience as a Content Designer or in a content-focused role within digital or service transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on plain English and accessibility standards.
• Experience aligning content to service journeys and supporting users through change.

Nice to have

• A background in Marketing/PR/Journalism.
