• Develop and execute strategies to scale paid user acquisition across Google Ads and beyond.
• Manage budgets and ROAS to maximize performance.
• Lead creative testing frameworks to identify winning creatives at scale.
• Collaborate with creative, MarTech, and growth teams to improve UA efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify insights and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing monthly budgets starting from $300k/mo.
• Deep experience with web funnels, tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Google Ads Mastery or Platform Agility.
• Significant experience in the US market and ability to scale in Non-US regions.
• Proficiency in GA, Amplitude, and AppsFlyer or analogs.
