Location: Hybrid & flexible work model, combining remote work with our beautiful office in the heart of Madrid (Calle Zurbano).
Salary: Between 26.000€ & 30.000€ fixed salary, up to 2.250€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential (7.5%), and uncapped commissions.

What you will do
- Actively source, attract, and interview tech talent, with a strong focus on quality and long-term fit.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter at an expert level to identify, engage, and convert top tech profiles.
- Communicate and sell hirify.global’ value proposition to candidates, inspiring them to join the community and work on exciting client projects.
- Own the acquisition of high-quality product & technology profiles for the hirify.global community.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies, messaging, presentations, and outward-facing content to boost talent acquisition.
- Analyze data, forecast talent needs, and optimize the recruitment funnel to ensure a fast, efficient, and human-centered hiring process.
Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience recruiting tech profiles.
- Bring high expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Have a strong understanding of the IT & tech ecosystem, technologies, and roles.
- Excel at presenting value propositions, validating profiles, negotiating, and closing top candidates.
- Are fluent in Spanish and English (both are a must).
