TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Recruiting): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for business-critical Product and Engineering roles with an accent on proactive sourcing and candidate experience. Focus on data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Location: Barcelona based. Hybrid model, minimum of 6 days per month in the office.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of business-critical roles.
  • Proactively source and engage with passive talent through the main channels and market research.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, set up scorecards, and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every applicant—hired or not—walks away with a positive view of hirify.global.
  • Use data and hiring metrics to track your progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve our recruitment strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment cycles in a fast-paced tech-oriented environment.
  • Experience hiring across Product and Engineering roles.
  • Understanding of modern sourcing techniques and tools beyond just posting on job boards.
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable using recruitment metrics to inform decisions and report on progress.
  • Experience building strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the ability to implement fair assessment practices throughout the funnel.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within an international or hyper-growth scale-up.
