What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates internationally through various channels like LinkedIn.
• Screen candidates' CVs and job applications to assess relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain candidate interest and engagement, managing expectations and negotiating offers.
• Understand team needs, build strong internal relationships, and manage interview scheduling.

Requirements

• A proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house Talent Acquisition professional.
• Fluent English.
• Highly organised and autonomous with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly service-orientated with a flexible mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience of volume recruitment.
• Experience in recruitment within Financial Services or Tech.
• Additional languages.
