Location: Hybrid in Málaga, Spain (4 days per week in the office, 1 day working from home)

What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates internationally for diverse vacancies.
• Screen CVs, assess knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate interest, engagement, and manage expectations.
• Understand team needs and build strong internal relationships.
• Manage diaries, book interviews, and ensure accurate system information.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in recruitment within Financial Services or Tech is beneficial.
• Fluent English required.
• Highly organised, autonomous, and service-orientated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible mindset to cope with a fast-paced culture.
