TL;DR

Senior Growth & Strategic Projects Manager (Gaming): Leading hands-on sales and building the go-to-market strategy for a platform that helps mobile game publishers monetize existing traffic and enhance user engagement. Focus on identifying and closing deals with top mobile game studios, defining market segmentation, and driving sales excellence from cold outreach to signed integrations.

Location: Onsite in New York City, USA. You will be fully present 5 days a week in the office.

Salary: $130,000–$165,000

What you will do

  • Lead hands-on sales by independently identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with high-volume mobile game publishers, especially top 100 US studios, including cold outreach and negotiations.
  • Define and execute the end-to-end sales strategy, including market segmentation, target account prioritization, and value proposition articulation.
  • Expertly communicate how hirify.global’s platform enables game developers to monetize existing traffic and enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, channeling publisher feedback and market insights to refine platform offerings.
  • Drive sales excellence through high conversion efficiency and contribute to scaling sales processes for future growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of independently identifying, prospecting, engaging, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business to revenue.
  • Hands-on sales experience, including direct outreach and cold prospecting to key decision-makers at mobile game studios.
  • Ability to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies, leveraging market data to prioritize high-potential publishers.
  • Strong ability to initiate and nurture pre-sales relationships with potential game publishers, building trust and credibility that directly leads to signed agreements.
  • Experience working with or selling to mid-to-large mobile game studios, ideally within the top-tier segment.
  • English: B2 required.
