What you will do

Assure and improve support function efficiency.
Handle escalations and coordinate incident responses.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Mentor and guide Engineers, driving their training and development.
Take ownership of critical issues and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute technically to incidents and deliver service reviews.

Requirements

Experience working in an Application Support Team Lead capacity.
Proficiency with Linux.
Proficiency with SQL.
