TL;DR

Application Support Team Leader (Software): Leading the application support function to improve service efficiency and resolve critical incidents with an accent on team mentoring and technical leadership. Focus on managing escalations, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong customer relationships while remaining hands-on with technical investigations.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bracknell (Onsite)

Compensation: £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus

Requirements
