What you will do

• Lead a team of technical engineers to manage the full AI/ML application lifecycle across test/preprod/prod environments.
• Implement and mature an MLOps framework covering code/data/model versioning, automated testing, and release governance.
• Own production readiness for AI/ML workloads, including SLOs, runbooks, and operational dashboards.
• Design and operate CI/CD for ML solutions using patterns such as SageMaker model registry.
• Implement model monitoring (e.g., data quality, model quality, bias drift) and alerting, driving automated responses.
• Design and implement end-to-end observability for serverless services (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, APIs).

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team of technical engineers in managing AI/ML application lifecycles.
• Strong background in MLOps framework implementation and maturity, including CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and version control.
• Expertise in AWS native services for AI/ML applications, including SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock.
• Deep understanding and implementation of end-to-end observability for serverless infrastructure.
• Proficiency in establishing production readiness for AI/ML workloads, including SLOs, runbooks, and incident response.
• Strong skills in Cloud Deployment, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Security, Cloud Architecture/Design, and Agile Methodologies.
