What you will do

• Execute multi-year outsourcing strategy for Risk Operations by partnering with segment leaders.
• Lead multiple partner delivery relationships and drive improvements in performance and consistency.
• Identify and lead large-scale strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Design and lead Quality Assurance processes, including periodic audits of vendor deliverables.
• Develop performance monitoring mechanisms like dashboards and scorecards for vendor productivity.
• Act as a strategic partner to Legal, Compliance, Risk Governance, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in delivery and working with outsourcers.
• Outstanding business acumen with customer obsession.
• Proven, solid decision-making process balancing principles and data.
• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter who can quickly assess business requirements.
• Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
• Strategic and analytical thinking combined with execution rigor.
