What you will do

• Prequalify leads generated by marketing through telephone, chat, or email.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of hirify.global, adapting your approach to each customer’s specific needs.
• Manage a high volume of inbound chats and calls, uncover customer needs, and position hirify.global as the best-fit solution.
• Pass on qualified leads to the Sales team and support them in closing deals more efficiently.
• Manage all interactions in HubSpot CRM, ensuring activity is logged and records are accurate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role within the same company; prior sales experience is a strong plus.
• English proficiency is required, along with strong fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish or Italian.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident, engaging phone presence.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools.
