Location: Remote. Preference for office setting in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome or Bologna.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate WhatsApp marketing efforts across all teams and markets, ensuring consistent strategy execution and performance optimization.
• Establish and maintain robust WhatsApp infrastructure, monitor channel reputation, test new tools, and implement best practices to ensure optimal deliverability and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement of WhatsApp campaigns to maximize MQL generation and verification rates through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
• Execute high-impact projects focused on email and WhatsApp initiatives, including global deliverability improvements, system integrations, and evaluation of new marketing technologies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on WhatsApp performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive program improvements and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience with WhatsApp and email.
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and HubSpot marketing automations (workflows) is highly advantageous.
• English: C1+ required.
• Experience with deliverability, compliance, and reputation management is a plus.
• Must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role. At this time, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position.
