What you will do
- Assist customers across multiple support channels, applying technical knowledge to application access.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for customer access, entitlement, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
- Document all customer interactions with clear and concise tickets for audit and compliance.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and participate in ongoing product/process training.
- Provide data center support for the CME Co-Location offering and facilitate customer logistics.
Requirements
- Must be based onsite in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions independently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and information system technologies.
- Aptitude to learn new applications, processes, and procedures quickly.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- 0-2 years of professional experience preferred.
- College/university degree preferred.
- Service Cloud or other CRM tool experience.
- Help Desk Institute (HDI) and Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) Certifications.
