TL;DR

Client Access and Onboarding Analyst: Managing internal and external access and entitlements, inquiries, and level one support related to over 200 applications enabling trading, risk management, and post-trade services with an accent on providing first-level troubleshooting for customer access, entitlement, and connectivity issues. Focus on collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and handling critical, time-sensitive requests for data center support.

Location: Onsite in Belfast, Northern Ireland

What you will do

  • Assist customers across multiple support channels, applying technical knowledge to application access.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for customer access, entitlement, and connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
  • Document all customer interactions with clear and concise tickets for audit and compliance.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and participate in ongoing product/process training.
  • Provide data center support for the CME Co-Location offering and facilitate customer logistics.

Requirements

  • Must be based onsite in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions independently in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and information system technologies.
  • Aptitude to learn new applications, processes, and procedures quickly.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • 0-2 years of professional experience preferred.
  • College/university degree preferred.
  • Service Cloud or other CRM tool experience.
  • Help Desk Institute (HDI) and Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) Certifications.
