About the role
Deliveroo is hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and scale hiring for Product, Design & Analytics (PD&A) across our global organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear mandate: raise hiring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across regions and brands. You’ll lead a large, distributed recruiting team, partner with senior business and People leaders, and help evolve Deliveroo’s global PD&A hiring model.
This is not just about execution — it’s about resetting foundations, building scalable systems, and shaping how world-class teams are formed globally.
Role scope
— Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Product, Design & Analytics across multiple international regions
— Lead and develop a high-performing global team of recruiters and sourcers
— Partner closely with senior business, Finance, and People leadership
— Design and embed scalable, inclusive, high-quality hiring practices
— Drive clarity, consistency, and decision quality in complex hiring environments
Key responsibilities
Strategic ownership & workforce impact
— Define and deliver PD&A hiring strategies aligned with growth plans and workforce planning
— Align talent strategy with organisational goals in partnership with Finance, Compensation, and People teams
Stakeholder influence & decision-making
— Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders
— Bring clarity, data, and constructive challenge to complex hiring decisions
Operating model, process & quality
— Standardise role levelling, scopes, and hiring bars across regions
— Design interview and decision-making processes that drive fairness, quality, and consistency
Data-led insight & optimisation
— Use forecasting, funnel health, and performance data to guide strategy
— Translate insights into actions that influence leadership decisions
Global footprint & location strategy
— Contribute to international location strategy across the UK, Europe, and the US
— Balance capability, cost, risk, and long-term growth
Hiring quality & inclusion
— Embed DEI across attraction, assessment, and selection
— Champion a high-bar, inclusive hiring culture globally
Team leadership & capability building
— Lead, coach, and grow a distributed recruiting organisation
— Build a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
— 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including senior Product, Design, and/or Analytics hiring at scale
— Proven experience leading senior recruiters and managers in global, distributed teams
— Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term execution
— Confidence partnering with senior and exec-level stakeholders
— Experience bringing clarity to complexity (levelling frameworks, operating model shifts, process redesign)
— Data-driven approach to measuring quality and driving continuous improvement
— Excellent communication skills and executive presence
