What you will do

• Drive the German blog operations including planning, coordination, and publication in line with SEO goals.
• Collaborate with freelancers and internal experts to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
• Define and execute the content roadmap with the Content Lead, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local business needs.
• Create premium resources that fuel lead generation and brand authority.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, CRM attribution).

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills in German.
• +1 years of experience in content marketing or B2B copywriting, ideally in SaaS or HR.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigor.
• Team-player mindset, curiosity, and proactivity.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot…) and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress…).
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools (Notion, Asana, Figma…).
• A passion for HR, SaaS, or content marketing trends.
