What you will do

• Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan.
• Continuously refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies for customer experience.
• Support the team with the technical set up of campaigns and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked, analyzed, and insight-driven.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM.
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, and other programming languages.
• Ability to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data for marketing insights.
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Fluent English communication skills.
