- Deliver on an ambitious hiring roadmap with industry-leading pace and quality for complex and critical hires.
- Proactively deliver on hiring needs across Commercial, Tech, and Product functions, demonstrating versatility and strategic adaptability.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and local market insights to identify and engage top-tier talent in the US region.
- Cultivate robust relationships with senior internal partners and candidates, ensuring a seamless process and an unrivaled employer brand experience.
- Lead headcount planning and reconciliation in partnership with Finance to ensure strategic resource allocation.
- Analyze and provide actionable data to US leadership, offering insights into regional hiring challenges and opportunities.
- Champion best practices and AI-driven solutions to transform TA operations and maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Extensive experience navigating complex, high-volume hiring within the US market, ideally with deep expertise in Payments or Go-To-Market functions.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced scale-up environments and possess the agility to innovate within evolving landscapes.
