What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor and own relationships with senior engineering leaders.
• Run the full recruitment life cycle for software engineering and data science talent.
• Adapt to changing headcount priorities based on business outcomes.
• Drive improvements to hiring and interview processes.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships.
• Source active and passive candidates using creative strategies and ensure data integrity in recruitment systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with a focus on hiring software engineers, data scientists, and engineering leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing and engaging passive talent using diverse strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Gem).
• Adept at working effectively within a pooled hiring model, managing candidates across multiple requisitions.
• Possess a first principles thinking approach for creative problem-solving and removing roadblocks.
• Ability to build trust and establish genuine relationships with hiring partners and candidates.
• Strong communication skills with a high content-to-word ratio, prioritizing coaching and feedback delivery.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments and thriving with a high level of autonomy.
