Event Marketing Lead (Hospitality): Identifying, planning, and executing events to drive revenue and grow Canary’s brand, primarily in the US and Canada with some scope in LATAM. Focus on high-level strategy to on-site execution, coordinating third parties, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
Location: Hybrid, based in New York, San Francisco, or Dallas, USA, with ability to travel up to 20%.
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead event strategy for the US and Canada market, and experiment for emerging markets in LATAM.
- Drive demand generation goals by creating events that build leads and pipeline.
- Manage the entire event process, from high-level strategy to on-site execution and logistics.
- Coordinate with third parties and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product).
- Coordinate with Growth, Design, and Content teams on booth graphics, messaging, and pre/post-event outreach.
- Optimize in-booth experiences and swag to drive foot traffic at trade shows and conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of event marketing experience.
- Experience driving demand to event programs at a B2B SaaS company.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field.
- Strong project management, detail-orientation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce (or other CRM), and a project management tool like ClickUp.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
