What you will do

• Support leaders and cross-functional development teams in incremental delivery with frequent integration.
• Manage cohesive teams around goals and support them by teaching them how to self-organize and be empowered.
• Optimize for delivering value across the game.
• Look for actionable and beneficial improvements and apply systems thinking and lean principles.
• Ensure that waste and impediments are visualized, prioritized, and systematically removed.
• Help teams grow in quality through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer in game development.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams based on Agile principles.
• Understanding of technical limitations and pipelines in the game development process.
• Knowledge of best practices, e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience using project management tools.
• A passion for games.

Nice to have

• Experience in the development and shipment of a AAA game project.
• Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
