What you will do

• Own the planning and final delivery of game components or departments.
• Work with Leads and Directors to ensure correct work is in development.
• Manage department desires and dependencies to achieve a quality final product.
• Act as a primary team-facing source for scope, risk, and high-level project information.
• Provide feature definition, remove obstacles, and enable efficient development.
• Collaborate with Project Management to use data for decision-making and balance resources.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in game development as a Producer or Project Manager.
• Detailed understanding of project management techniques and production practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Hansoft or Jira.
• Passion for and insight into video games.
• Must be based in the UK.
