Production Director (Game Development)

Salary: $198,600–$297,800 USD annually

What you will do

• Shape project-wide strategy alongside the Directors group.
• Oversee and manage Lead Producers, providing mentorship to the full production team.
• Recruit for the Production team, coordinating with the Executive Producer.
• Oversee management of project backlog, Jira methodologies, tools, and workflows.
• Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues.
• Oversee co-development partnerships, budgets, and cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Lead Producer or Production Director in game development.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, successful AAA projects and managing producers.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of the pipelines in the game development process, and proven track record of instilling processes and workflows.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience producing games in UE4/UE5.
• Familiarity with CDPR products.
