Salary: $143,000–$218,500 USD annually

• Lead the development and growth of production teams for Project Sirius.
• Cooperate with leadership to align with vision and goals.

• Oversee and enhance production processes, including planning, scoping, and scheduling.
• Identify and address bottlenecks, encouraging incremental delivery.
• Lead team growth through coaching and mentoring, fostering continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
• Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate across game development teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of technical limitations, pipelines, and engineering best practices in game development.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools.
