What you will do
- Own competitive intelligence and market research programs.
- Develop segment- and industry-specific insights for strategic narratives and messaging.
- Conduct win/loss interviews and customer research to understand buyer psychology.
- Deliver insight-backed recommendations to GTM, Product, and Executive leaders.
- Partner with Sales and CS to build messaging across the customer journey.
- Automate intelligence workflows using AI/automation tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B2C Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, or Market Research.
- Deep experience conducting customer interviews and win/loss analysis.
- Proven ability to translate research and data into positioning and strategic recommendations.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency with tools like Gong, ChatGPT, Klue, Gemini, or Zapier.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health, employer benefits, and healthcare decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience owning competitive intelligence programs end-to-end.
- Familiarity with voice-of-customer and survey tools.
- Background in healthcare, digital health, or SaaS.
