Lead Product Marketing Manager, New Business (AI): Driving hirify.global’s research and insights strategy to power differentiated messaging and go-to-market execution across industries and segments with an accent on uncovering buyer needs, market shifts, and competitive intelligence. Focus on delivering insight-backed recommendations to guide messaging, roadmap strategy, and campaigns using AI/automation platforms.

Location: Remote role (East coast preferred, New York strongly preferred). US-specific benefits provided.

Salary: $147,000 - $184,750

What you will do

  • Own competitive intelligence and market research programs.
  • Develop segment- and industry-specific insights for strategic narratives and messaging.
  • Conduct win/loss interviews and customer research to understand buyer psychology.
  • Deliver insight-backed recommendations to GTM, Product, and Executive leaders.
  • Partner with Sales and CS to build messaging across the customer journey.
  • Automate intelligence workflows using AI/automation tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B2C Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, or Market Research.
  • Deep experience conducting customer interviews and win/loss analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate research and data into positioning and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency with tools like Gong, ChatGPT, Klue, Gemini, or Zapier.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health, employer benefits, and healthcare decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Experience owning competitive intelligence programs end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with voice-of-customer and survey tools.
  • Background in healthcare, digital health, or SaaS.
