What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Cloud & Intelligent Support Managed Services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of managed Cloud and IS services, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients, leading client onboarding, service reviews, and escalation management.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Cloud and MS professionals.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge security technologies and platforms.
• Drive growth, transformation and innovation in AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Azure, AWS, Google, Microsoft, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Managed Services.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale security operations and client engagements.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), regulatory requirements, and threat landscapes.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google, and cloud security tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
