TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Guiding strategic enterprise customers through their Digital Employee Experience (DEX) journey to drive growth and adoption, with an accent on value tracking, executive business reviews, and renewal/expansion targets. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships, defining customer success plans, and ensuring positive outcomes while solidifying long-term partnerships.

Location: Hybrid work model. This role will require 25-50% travel within the US, and sometimes internationally if required. US-specific benefits are offered.

Salary: $105,000–$164,000

What you will do

  • Own and execute comprehensive customer success plans for up to 20 enterprise customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with leadership and understanding customer challenges.
  • Identify, track, measure, and share the overall impact and value of hirify.global solutions.
  • Deliver on-time renewals and achieve expansion targets through upsell/cross-sell.
  • Maintain customer health, identify risks, and escalate critical issues.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and provide thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the Software Industry with Large Enterprise Accounts and successful SaaS adoption.
  • Ability to drive the DEX Methodology to ensure adoption and value realization.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Technical background or savvy to learn hirify.global products and technologies.
  • Ability to manage and build rapport across all levels of customer hierarchy.
  • Fluent in English (written as well as verbal).

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the IT project delivery lifecycle and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations, ITSM processes (ITIL), or End User Compute/Client Management practices.
