What you will do
- Own and execute comprehensive customer success plans for up to 20 enterprise customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with leadership and understanding customer challenges.
- Identify, track, measure, and share the overall impact and value of hirify.global solutions.
- Deliver on-time renewals and achieve expansion targets through upsell/cross-sell.
- Maintain customer health, identify risks, and escalate critical issues.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and provide thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the Software Industry with Large Enterprise Accounts and successful SaaS adoption.
- Ability to drive the DEX Methodology to ensure adoption and value realization.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Technical background or savvy to learn hirify.global products and technologies.
- Ability to manage and build rapport across all levels of customer hierarchy.
- Fluent in English (written as well as verbal).
Nice to have
- Understanding of the IT project delivery lifecycle and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT Operations, ITSM processes (ITIL), or End User Compute/Client Management practices.
