What you will do

  • Lead the pre-sales engagement process and provide account management support within a designated region.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring consistency, success, and profitability targets are met for all projects.
  • Establish and cultivate professional relationships with client executives and project teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Act as a decision-maker regarding conflicting customer priorities and advocate for customers within NDBS.
  • Be a change agent for continuous improvements and implement NDBS strategies and company objectives.
  • Mentor new and existing employees and contribute to the effective development of project managers and consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 10 years of ERP experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of ERP project management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of project scoping, estimating, and planning experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of cross-functional SAP expertise.
  • Ability to lead strategic workshops with clients.
  • Must be based in the US.

  • Advanced degree.
  • Project Management training and certification.
  • Pre-Sales experience.
