Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Owns enterprise customer outcomes end-to-end, driving program onboarding, adoption, and measurable value impact through strategic insights and ROI. Focus on building strong relationships, coordinating internal delivery, and ensuring predictable renewals and expansions for complex multi-stakeholder accounts.

Location: Based in Utrecht, Netherlands. Offers flexibility to work from anywhere for 4 weeks per year. Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Build and own customer success plans, driving value realization for enterprise customers.
  • Lead program delivery and execution across internal teams (CS, agency/delivery, partner, product, data).
  • Deliver executive-level insights, strategic reviews, and Executive Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify recurring opportunities and challenges, collaborating with Product and Data teams for platform improvements.
  • Own platform adoption, understanding, and enablement through assets and training sessions.
  • Drive proactive renewal readiness and upsells through stakeholder mapping, risk mitigation, and value proof.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Delivery/Implementation, or Post-Sales in a B2B SaaS environment, owning complex multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Strong delivery and program management skills to run structured plans and manage dependencies.
  • Evidenced collaborative and communication ability, effectively translating customer feedback for product and data teams.
  • Insight-driven communicator, highly analytical, comfortable with data and reporting for executive recommendations.
  • Structured and proactive, able to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record driving renewals (and ideally expansions) through value delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
