What you will do

• Architect and lead the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance full-stack features.
• Build robust, secure APIs, microservices, and database schemas optimized for speed, reliability, and operationality.
• Drive technical decisions on system architecture, tooling, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into innovative solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and champion engineering excellence through testing, refactoring, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience across cloud-native environments.
• Deep, practical understanding of system architecture, testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in one or more server-side languages: Rust, Node, Go, or Python.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and one or more frameworks: React, Next.
• Strong proficiency in database management, specifically MongoDB.
• Strong proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, orchestration).

Nice to have

• Observability experience with tools like Grafana or Prometheus.
• Experience building real-time dashboards and monitoring tools.
