What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from sales engagement to post-deployment validation.
• Contribute directly to the product codebase by submitting PRs and shipping customer-specific solutions.
• Develop reusable implementation patterns and playbooks to reduce effort for future engagements.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Maintain an AI-native engineering workflow, utilizing AI tools for writing, testing, and debugging code.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering as a trusted technical voice.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a software engineer with strong computer science fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience shipping software in customer-facing contexts or technical integrations.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Python, Node.js, and AWS.
• Ability to navigate, read, and contribute to complex production codebases.
• Fluency with event schemas, data pipelines, APIs, and SDKs.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA
