What you will do

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise implementations from initial sales engagement through post-deployment validation.
  • Contribute directly to the product codebase by submitting PRs to ship customer-specific solutions and reusable architectural patterns.
  • Translate customer pain points into actionable product feedback to influence the long-term roadmap.
  • Develop and document implementation playbooks to reduce effort and increase speed for future customer engagements.
  • Implement AI-native engineering workflows to optimize writing, testing, and debugging of code.
  • Collaborate as a trusted technical voice across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning customer-facing technical engagements end-to-end.
  • Hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, Node.js, and AWS.
  • Proven ability to read, write, and review production code within complex, unfamiliar codebases.
  • Strong fluency with event schemas, data pipelines, APIs, and SDKs.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while managing 4–6 concurrent customer engagements.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
