What you will do
- Own enterprise implementations end-to-end, from sales engagement and scoping to post-deployment validation.
- Submit PRs and ship customer-specific solutions directly within the product codebase to reduce the gap between product and customer needs.
- Develop reusable patterns and playbooks to standardize and accelerate subsequent customer engagements.
- Translate customer pain points into structured signals and actionable feedback for the Product team to influence the roadmap.
- Implement an AI-native engineering workflow using AI tools for writing, testing, debugging, and delivering code.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering as a trusted technical expert in customer conversations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of owning customer-facing technical engagements end-to-end.
- Ability to confidently navigate, read, and contribute to complex production codebases you did not build.
- Fluency with data integrations, including event schemas, data pipelines, APIs, and SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences, moving between deep technical and business-level discussions.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA
