Location: Redmond, United States

Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year. For San Francisco Bay Area and New York City, the range is USD $188,000 – $304,200 per year.

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the cross-company AI data platform to make data discoverable, accessible, and reusable.
• Automate dataset ingestion, registration, validation, PII curation, discovery, sharing, and lineage.
• Strengthen security, manage capacity and entitlements, and integrate with governance and compliance services.
• Strategically acquire, generate, and onboard high-value datasets, minimizing redundancy and optimizing costs.
• Establish a customer-driven priority framework and long-term roadmap for platform evolution.
• Oversee automation pipelines and continuous improvement of data-onboarding workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management, OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet hirify.global, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML data pipelines covering pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Track record of leading cross-functional efforts at scale in high-stakes environments.
• Proven experience in product management for large-scale data or AI platforms.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure (or similar cloud) services, including resource provisioning, IAM, networking, and scripting.
• Startup founder/early-stage experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Azure logging/monitoring, private networking, and large-scale data-ingestion pipelines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
