Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (U.S. typical base pay range). For San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the range is USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define the vision for online metrics, experimentation, and telemetry for AI-powered search and Copilot experiences.
• Lead A/B experimentation strategy at scale, guiding teams through tradeoffs and adapting to complex AI scenarios.
• Partner with engineering to ensure robust logging and instrumentation for accurate and scalable metrics.
• Collaborate with data science to transform raw telemetry into trusted signals, causal insights, and executive-ready narratives.
• Influence product decisions and senior leadership on interpreting experiments, quality signals, and strategic tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Deep experience with A/B experimentation, online metrics, and causal thinking.
• Proven ability to influence complex, cross-organizational decisions and communicate data clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Solid collaboration experience with engineering and data science teams on technically sophisticated products.
• Solid intuition for measuring quality in AI/ML-driven products.
• Familiarity with telemetry design, logging strategies, and data pipelines from a product ownership perspective.
